In a world that can’t seem to get away from politics I often reference to my clients nights spent at Auntie Jill and Uncle Tony’s house as children. The kids played around the snooker table whilst the men debated politics and my Aunts sat and chatted away to the small hours. Then with a glass of whiskey it was goodnight and let’s do it all again next week. Seems like a simpler time. Then there were the walking holidays and cricket with Mark. These are all such happy memories for me. It came full circle in 2019 when, in the aftermath of Liz’s passing Aunty Jill was so kind to Alana and I and I believe we stayed all week without the slightest fuss. Though the week was a daze I remember the incredible hospitality, many cups of tea and a very willing ear. I shall miss Aunty Jill and I am terribly sorry for Uncle Tony and family for your loss.
Best wishes and all the Love in the world from Dom, Sara, Alana and Isla-Colette

Sending our deepest condolences to Tony and the family. Jill was like a second mum to me and lots of Marks friends growing up and made going to your house so amazing! It really was the best place to spend my teenage years! Sorry for the mess! What a great woman, Hoping tomorrow goes as well as possible and Jill gets the send off she deserves. Jon Skinner x
So sorry to all of Jill’s family and friends for her passing..
I’ve had the pleasure of doing Jill’s nails for 8 years.
I’m also a friend of Lucy’s so have known the family since her and Mark met.
My husband and myself have shared many a good times with Jill and the family at charity balls, she always made us feel so welcome.
We always had a good chat and catch up at her appointments.
I’ll always remember you when applying your favourite colours (although you always said “put what you want on!”).
You wore those colours so well!
You will be greatly missed and I’ll always remember our chats and having to park the car for you!
